Due to the nature of the products I sell there is a NO RETURN POLICY. All sales are final. Once payment goes through, payment processing fees are non- refundable to Oops and Whoops and to the buyer.
Upon check- out, the sale is FINAL. There is a NO RETURN POLICY. Oops and Whoops holds no responsibility of lost, stolen, damaged, or held packages once transferred over to United States Postal Service (USPS). All orders are shipped through USPS. Oops and Whoops team is responsible for your package until it leaves the studio, once it is dropped off to USPS, it becomes your responsibility to contact USPS for all handling and delivery concerns about your package. A tracking number will be provided through an email once your order ships. Please make sure you refer to the tracking number provided through your email to track your package. To avoid yourself any inconvenience please make sure you provide the correct shipping information upon checkout. It is the buyer's responsibility to contact USPS or file any claims directly with USPS for delayed, lost, held, or stolen packages.
